Natália Cerqueira is the COO of Advaya, where she leads operations, strategy, and systems design. She brings deep experience in project management, event production, and cross-functional operations. She has worked as a production manager, coordinating film productions including documentaries and wildlife projects, and as an operations manager at a fast-growing tech scale-up. Natalia has managed international festivals, cultural events, and creative teams. Before her work in operations, Natalia was a professional equestrian acrobat and represented Brazil’s national team. She is also an avid outdoorswoman, rock climber, kitesurfer, and a budding sailor.
